Project Description: 64 luxury retirement living apartments over 10 levels, 9 of which are constructed out of Cross Laminated Timber, including lift shafts and fire stairs. Along with retail on ground floor and a conference centre over 2 levels, this project will set a new standard in vertical retirement living. A large early works package was also included requiring the building of a new dam, weir wall and detention basin as well as basement parking up to and including podium level.
